Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • At Diadolls, each product is handcrafted and made to order with care and precision.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Once an order has been shipped, Diadolls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Due to hygiene and customization standards, all wigs, hair extensions, and custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges are only considered if an item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and your order number. Approved cases may be eligible for an exchange or store credit at Diadolls’ discretion.

  • All salon services are final sale. Any concerns regarding services must be addressed before leaving your appointment.

  • Returned items, if approved, must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for approved exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Diadolls.
