Tone & Transform is the Diadolls luxury coloring experience, offering rich, glossy jet-black hues and beautifully blended balayage highlights. All color packages include up to 3 bundles + your choice of lace system (closure or frontal). Prices vary based on length, density, and the lace size you select. Additional bundles or larger lace systems can be added as upgrades. Every color service includes: • Cleansing • Dye or lift • Tone/gloss • Deep condition • Silk finish • Lace customization (if coloring a wig) Tone & Transform turns your wig or bundles into a polished, dimensional, runway-ready look. 🔥 Jet-Black Single Color The Diadolls Jet-Black Color Service gives your wig or bundles a deep, rich, glossy black finish that looks luxurious under any lighting. Your hair is gently cleansed, dyed to a uniform, inky-black tone, conditioned, and finished with a silky shine. Perfect for anyone who wants a bold, classic statement color with a smooth, polished finish. 🔥 Balayage/Highlights Coloring The Diadolls Balayage & Highlight Service is a dimensional color experience designed to add depth, light, and movement to your look. Your hair is hand-painted or foiled with precision to create soft blends, bright ribbons, or bold pops—depending on your chosen vibe. Includes toning, glossing, and a smoothing treatment for a radiant, expensive-looking finish. This service brings dimension, softness, and natural-looking luxury to every installation. Policy
Bookings & Deposits Your appointment is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service total is received. • The deposit is paid online through our booking page. Because it is paid by card, a 3.5% processing fee is added. • The remaining balance is paid in person on the day of your appointment, by Interac eTransfer . • Your deposit is applied toward your final balance. • Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed, and the time slot may be offered to someone else. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are always nonrefundable. • 48 hours or more: you may reschedule once, and your deposit carries over to the new date. • Less than 48 hours: your deposit is forfeited and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. A new booking requires a new deposit. • No-call/no-show: your deposit is forfeited, and you may be blocked from future bookings. Payments & Timing Your deposit is paid online when you book. The remaining balance is due before your service begins, and is paid in person by Interac e-Transfer or cash. • Interac e-Transfer (preferred): send to info@diadolls.com when you arrive, with your full name and appointment date in the notes. • Credit/debit card: used for online deposits, with a 3.5% processing fee added. Balances paid by card carry the same fee. Paying your balance by Interac helps you avoid card fees and lets us keep our pricing fair. Arrival & Hair Preparation • Arrival: please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, a $30 late fee may be charged, or your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a cancellation under 48 hours. • Hair preparation (frontal install / natural hair): arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, detangled hair. - Hair not blow-dried: $40 fee. - Hair not clean: $90 same-day wash and blow-dry fee, or the appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. A frontal install typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30 to 60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Extra detangling, washing or blow-drying adds time and cost. Wig Drop-Off (For Installs) • Wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before your appointment for customization. • A cleaning fee applies if a dirty wig is sent in. Closure: $45, Bundles $80 per bundle • Same-day customization is available for an extra rush fee, which must be selected when booking.
