This premium package takes the stress out of buying hair by giving you everything you need for a flawless, fast, long-lasting quick weave—bundles included. Each package comes with high-quality human hair, expertly prepped, matched, and installed for maximum fullness, movement, and longevity. Your natural hair is molded and protected before installation, and your chosen closure or frontal is customized for a seamless, polished finish. Whether you prefer a leave-out, closure, or frontal look, this package delivers a complete glam transformation without the hassle of sourcing hair on your own. Policy
Bookings & Deposits - Appointments are confirmed only after a 20% non-refundable deposit is sent to info@diadolls.com (or the deposit listed on the scheduling page). - Deposits apply toward your total service cost. - Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Wig Drop-Off (For Installs) - Wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before the appointment for customization. - A fee applies if a dirty wig is sent in for cleaning. - Same-day customization is available for an extra rush fee (must be selected when booking). Hair Preparation: Frontal Install / Natural Hair - Clients must arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, and detangled hair. - If hair is not blow-dried, a $40 fee will be applied. - If hair is not clean, clients will either: Pay an additional $60 fee for a wash & blow dry, OR Be turned away, with the deposit forfeited. - A frontal install typically lasts 2–3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30–60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Extra detangling, washing, or blow-drying adds time and cost. Payment Methods & Balance Payments - Interac e-Transfer (Preferred Method) - We accept Interac e-Transfers as a secure and convenient payment option. How to Pay: - Send your payment to info@diadolls.com - Include your full name + appointment date in the notes - Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed Full Interac Payment (Recommended) - Pay your full balance via Interac e-Transfer to avoid card processing fees.• - This helps keep pricing fair and allows us to continue offering premium services without added charges. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. - No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit, will be charged the full service amount, and may be blocked from future bookings. - Rescheduling is allowed once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Add-Ons: Additional services (styling, coloring, cuts, ponytails, and rush services) are available at an extra cost. Media Release Consent & Privacy - By booking with Diadolls, you consent to photos and videos being taken during or after your appointment. - These may be used for our portfolio, website, and social media marketing. - If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform your stylist before your appointment begins. Satisfaction: We want you to love your look! Please raise any concerns before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made.
