The braids are clean, comfortable, and intentionally crafted to sit smoothly under wigs or installs. This service offers a polished, reliable foundation for protective styles while giving your hair the refreshed glow it deserves. ✨ Radiant Hydration Heaven Therapy — $200 An immersive wash-day revival designed to restore moisture, softness, strength, and radiant beauty to natural hair. This luxurious service begins with gentle detangling, followed by a purifying cleanse that prepares the hair for deep nourishment. A rich conditioning treatment is then paired with a strengthening protein infusion to enhance elasticity, reinforce the hair’s structure, and reduce breakage. Your blend of moisture + protein is sealed in using steam or heat-cap therapy for maximum penetration. Welcome to Diadolls, where beauty meets precision. To keep your experience smooth and enjoyable, please read our quick service guidelines before booking. Bookings & Deposits • Appointments are confirmed only after a 20% non-refundable deposit is sent or the deposit listed on the scheduling page to info@diadolls.com • Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost. • Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Wig Drop-Off • For installs, wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before for customization. • Additional fee applied to wash dirty wigs sent in • Same-day customization is available for an extra fee — please select this when booking. Hair Preparation: Frontal Install / Natural Hair • Clients must arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, and detangled hair. • If hair is not blow-dried, an additional $40 fee will be applied. • If hair is not clean, clients will either: - Pay an additional $60 fee for a wash & blow dry, OR - Be turned away, with the deposit forfeited. • Please note: A frontal install lasts 2–3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30–60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Additional detangling, washing, or blow-drying increases appointment time and costs. Payments & Timing • Remaining balance is due before your service begins. • Accepted payment methods: CASH or E-Transfer (info@diadolls.com) • Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies; late arrivals may incur a $30 fee or be cancelled. Cancellations • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit is non refundable. • No-call/no-shows will forfeit the deposit and be charged the full service amount and may be restricted from future bookings. • Rescheduling is allowed once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Add-Ons • Styling, coloring, cuts, ponytails, and rush services are available at an additional cost. Media Release Consent & Privacy By booking with Diadolls, you consent to photos and videos of your hair being taken during or after your appointment. These may be used for Diadolls’ portfolio, website, and social media marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform the stylist before your appointment begins.
