The Foundation Glow Set includes a gentle wash, a hydrating deep-conditioning treatment, and a light blow-dry to reveal your hair’s natural softness before it’s shaped into neat, straight-back cornrows. The braids are clean, comfortable, and intentionally crafted to sit smoothly under wigs or installs. This service offers a polished, reliable foundation for protective styles while giving your hair the refreshed glow it deserves. ✨ Radiant Hydration Heaven Therapy An immersive wash-day revival designed to restore moisture, softness, strength, and radiant beauty to natural hair. This luxurious service begins with gentle detangling, followed by a purifying cleanse that prepares the hair for deep nourishment. A rich conditioning treatment is then paired with a strengthening protein infusion to enhance elasticity, reinforce the hair’s structure, and reduce breakage. Your blend of moisture and protein is sealed in using steam or heat-cap therapy for maximum penetration. The service finishes with a polished blow-dry that leaves your crown supple, fortified, and beautifully revived—the perfect foundation for installs, silk presses, or protective styles. ✨ The Silk Experience A royal transformation crafted for natural hair that desires elegance, movement, and irresistible shine. Your hair is then smoothed using professional tension blow-drying, heat-protectant layering, and meticulous, small-section silk pressing. Policy
Bookings & Deposits Your appointment is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service total is received. • The deposit is paid online through our booking page. Because it is paid by card, a 3.5% processing fee is added. • The remaining balance is paid in person on the day of your appointment, by Interac eTransfer . • Your deposit is applied toward your final balance. • Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed, and the time slot may be offered to someone else. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are always nonrefundable. • 48 hours or more: you may reschedule once, and your deposit carries over to the new date. • Less than 48 hours: your deposit is forfeited and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. A new booking requires a new deposit. • No-call/no-show: your deposit is forfeited, and you may be blocked from future bookings. Payments & Timing Your deposit is paid online when you book. The remaining balance is due before your service begins, and is paid in person by Interac e-Transfer or cash. • Interac e-Transfer (preferred): send to info@diadolls.com when you arrive, with your full name and appointment date in the notes. • Credit/debit card: used for online deposits, with a 3.5% processing fee added. Balances paid by card carry the same fee. Paying your balance by Interac helps you avoid card fees and lets us keep our pricing fair. Arrival & Hair Preparation • Arrival: please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, a $30 late fee may be charged, or your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a cancellation under 48 hours. • Hair preparation (frontal install / natural hair): arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, detangled hair. - Hair not blow-dried: $40 fee. - Hair not clean: $90 same-day wash and blow-dry fee, or the appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. A frontal install typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30 to 60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Extra detangling, washing or blow-drying adds time and cost. Wig Drop-Off (For Installs) • Wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before your appointment for customization. • A cleaning fee applies if a dirty wig is sent in. Closure: $45, Bundles $80 per bundle • Same-day customization is available for an extra rush fee, which must be selected when booking.
