The Foundation Glow Set includes a gentle wash, a hydrating deep-conditioning treatment, and a light blow-dry to reveal your hair’s natural softness before it’s shaped into neat, straight-back cornrows. The braids are clean, comfortable, and intentionally crafted to sit smoothly under wigs or installs. This service offers a polished, reliable foundation for protective styles while giving your hair the refreshed glow it deserves. ✨ Radiant Hydration Heaven Therapy—$200 An immersive wash-day revival designed to restore moisture, softness, strength, and radiant beauty to natural hair. This luxurious service begins with gentle detangling, followed by a purifying cleanse that prepares the hair for deep nourishment. A rich conditioning treatment is then paired with a strengthening protein infusion to enhance elasticity, reinforce the hair’s structure, and reduce breakage. Your blend of moisture and protein is sealed in using steam or heat-cap therapy for maximum penetration. The service finishes with a polished blow-dry that leaves your crown supple, fortified, and beautifully revived—the perfect foundation for installs, silk presses, or protective styles. ✨ The Silk Experience—$300 A royal transformation crafted for natural hair that desires elegance, movement, and irresistible shine. The Silk Empress Experience is a complete luxury ritual—beginning with detailed detangling, a premium cleansing cycle, and a rich deep-conditioning process enhanced by steam. Your hair is then smoothed using professional tension blow-drying, heat-protectant layering, and meticulous, small-section silk pressing. Policy
Bookings & Deposits - Appointments are confirmed only after a 20% non-refundable deposit is sent to info@diadolls.com (or the deposit listed on the scheduling page). - Deposits apply toward your total service cost. - Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Wig Drop-Off (For Installs) - Wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before the appointment for customization. - A fee applies if a dirty wig is sent in for cleaning. - Same-day customization is available for an extra rush fee (must be selected when booking). Hair Preparation: Frontal Install / Natural Hair - Clients must arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, and detangled hair. - If hair is not blow-dried, a $40 fee will be applied. - If hair is not clean, clients will either: Pay an additional $60 fee for a wash & blow dry, OR Be turned away, with the deposit forfeited. - A frontal install typically lasts 2–3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30–60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Extra detangling, washing, or blow-drying adds time and cost. Payment Methods & Balance Payments - Interac e-Transfer (Preferred Method) - We accept Interac e-Transfers as a secure and convenient payment option. How to Pay: - Send your payment to info@diadolls.com - Include your full name + appointment date in the notes - Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed Full Interac Payment (Recommended) - Pay your full balance via Interac e-Transfer to avoid card processing fees.• - This helps keep pricing fair and allows us to continue offering premium services without added charges. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. - No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit, will be charged the full service amount, and may be blocked from future bookings. - Rescheduling is allowed once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Add-Ons: Additional services (styling, coloring, cuts, ponytails, and rush services) are available at an extra cost. Media Release Consent & Privacy - By booking with Diadolls, you consent to photos and videos being taken during or after your appointment. - These may be used for our portfolio, website, and social media marketing. - If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform your stylist before your appointment begins. Satisfaction: We want you to love your look! Please raise any concerns before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made.
