What you’ll learn: • Braid-down & prep techniques • Glue application • Hairline customization (baby hair + no-baby hair looks) • Lace tinting + melt techniques • Styling & curl techniques • Guided install practice • Client etiquette essentials • Certificate of Completion What to bring: A pre-made frontal wig (already constructed) A model to work on Perfect for: Beginners ready to confidently slay frontals and deliver polished results. 🖤 TIER 2: The Slay + Sew Masterclass – $660 Add wig construction to your install game and elevate your services. Includes everything in Tier 1, plus: Wig construction using a sewing machine Cap placement & measuring Wig cap, needle, thread, and pin setup Machine stitching vs. hand sewing best practices Access to sewing machine (not provided to keep) What to bring: A pre-made frontal wig A model to work on Perfect for: Stylists looking to offer custom units and expand their brand. 🖤 TIER 3: The Built to Slay Experience – $1,350 Includes wig making, frontal install mastery, and premium hair. Includes everything in Tiers 1 & 2, plus: Premium Hair Provided (13x6 Frontal, 20"–26" depending on availability) What to bring: A model to work on Perfect for: Stylists who want high-quality practice and results—without sourcing their own hair. 🖤 TIER 4: The DiaDolls Signature Experience – $2,000 The all-inclusive masterclass: hair, model, machine, everything. Includes everything in Tiers 1–3, plus: Premium Hair (as in Tier 3) Model provided for your session Sewing Machine Provided (Singer Heavy Duty – $230 value) Complete Styling Toolkit: Hot comb, blow dryer, straightener, lace glue, EBIN spray, melting spritz, melting band, wig cap, rubbing alcohol, wide-tooth comb, makeup palette, lace tint spray bottle (with DIY lace tint training), canvas blockhead, and more Certificate of Completion Perfect for: The stylist who’s ready to invest in excellence and walk away with everything needed to scale a hair business
Policy
Bookings & Deposits - Appointments are confirmed only after a 20% non-refundable deposit is sent to info@diadolls.com (or the deposit listed on the scheduling page). - Deposits apply toward your total service cost. - Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Wig Drop-Off (For Installs) - Wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before the appointment for customization. - A fee applies if a dirty wig is sent in for cleaning. - Same-day customization is available for an extra rush fee (must be selected when booking). Hair Preparation: Frontal Install / Natural Hair - Clients must arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, and detangled hair. - If hair is not blow-dried, a $40 fee will be applied. - If hair is not clean, clients will either: Pay an additional $60 fee for a wash & blow dry, OR Be turned away, with the deposit forfeited. - A frontal install typically lasts 2–3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30–60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Extra detangling, washing, or blow-drying adds time and cost. Payment Methods & Balance Payments - Interac e-Transfer (Preferred Method) - We accept Interac e-Transfers as a secure and convenient payment option. How to Pay: - Send your payment to info@diadolls.com - Include your full name + appointment date in the notes - Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed Full Interac Payment (Recommended) - Pay your full balance via Interac e-Transfer to avoid card processing fees.• - This helps keep pricing fair and allows us to continue offering premium services without added charges. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. - No-call/no-shows forfeit the deposit, will be charged the full service amount, and may be blocked from future bookings. - Rescheduling is allowed once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Add-Ons: Additional services (styling, coloring, cuts, ponytails, and rush services) are available at an extra cost. Media Release Consent & Privacy - By booking with Diadolls, you consent to photos and videos being taken during or after your appointment. - These may be used for our portfolio, website, and social media marketing. - If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform your stylist before your appointment begins. Satisfaction: We want you to love your look! Please raise any concerns before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made.
