Service Description
Wig Customisation & Refresh: Give your wig new life! This service includes a professional wash, deep conditioning, lace customisation, and styling to bring your wig back to flawless. Whether it’s a closure, mini frontal, or full frontal, we’ll refresh it so it looks brand new and ready to slay. Full Wig Remake: Perfect for wigs that need more than a touch-up. We carefully take down your old wig, wash and deep condition the hair, and completely reconstruct it for a fresh, secure, and natural finish. Think of it as a total wig makeover. Add-On Bundles: Need more volume or length? Add extra bundles to your wig build. Just bring the bundles along, and we’ll install them into your wig for that full, glamorous look. Refresh ✨ • Wash, deep condition, lace customization, and styling. • Perfect for wigs that just need a fresh look. Revive 🌿 • Full rebuild: we take your wig down, wash it, deep condition it, remake it from scratch, and customize the lace if needed. • Best for wigs that are old, damaged, or need a brand-new foundation. Renew (Add-Ons) 🌼 • Extra touches to upgrade your wig—like adding bundles for more length or volume. • +$15 per bundle. PLEASE READ OUR POLICY BELOW
Policy
Bookings & Deposits Your appointment is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service total is received. • The deposit is paid online through our booking page. Because it is paid by card, a 3.5% processing fee is added. • The remaining balance is paid in person on the day of your appointment, by Interac eTransfer . • Your deposit is applied toward your final balance. • Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed, and the time slot may be offered to someone else. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are always nonrefundable. • 48 hours or more: you may reschedule once, and your deposit carries over to the new date. • Less than 48 hours: your deposit is forfeited and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. A new booking requires a new deposit. • No-call/no-show: your deposit is forfeited, and you may be blocked from future bookings. Payments & Timing Your deposit is paid online when you book. The remaining balance is due before your service begins, and is paid in person by Interac e-Transfer or cash. • Interac e-Transfer (preferred): send to info@diadolls.com when you arrive, with your full name and appointment date in the notes. • Credit/debit card: used for online deposits, with a 3.5% processing fee added. Balances paid by card carry the same fee. Paying your balance by Interac helps you avoid card fees and lets us keep our pricing fair. Arrival & Hair Preparation • Arrival: please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies. After that, a $30 late fee may be charged, or your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a cancellation under 48 hours. • Hair preparation (frontal install / natural hair): arrive with clean, fully blow-dried, detangled hair. - Hair not blow-dried: $40 fee. - Hair not clean: $90 same-day wash and blow-dry fee, or the appointment is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. A frontal install typically takes 2 to 3 hours. Cornrows alone take 30 to 60 minutes depending on hair thickness. Extra detangling, washing or blow-drying adds time and cost. Wig Drop-Off (For Installs) • Wigs must be new or clean and dropped off 7 days before your appointment for customization. • A cleaning fee applies if a dirty wig is sent in. Closure: $45, Bundles $80 per bundle • Same-day customization is available for an extra rush fee, which must be selected when booking.
